Reservations must be made by Sunday, September 5 to receive the following special rates.  This is a prime weekend, so please make your reservations early.

To make your reservation, contact the hotel front desk directly at (215) 368-3800 and ask for Tracy. Identify yourself as a member of the American Cesky Terrier Fancier's Association to receive the following special rates:

  • Standard room with two double beds or standard king room: $110 single/$120 double
  • King Parlor or Executive: $125 single/$135 double

These rates are on par for hotels in the general area.

There is a limit of two dogs per room, and no per dog fee for ACTFA members. First floor rooms are available on a first-come basis.  This multi-story hotel does have elevators.

The good news and the bad:  All of the shows are held in separate locations, so there's a fair amount of driving involved. The host hotel is well-located for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday shows, but is about an hour and a half south of Morris & Essex. Those attending M&E may want to stay at a hotel closer to that venue.  Hotel info will be in the M&E premium list, which will be linked to this page when it is available.
